- All of our beef and pork are born, raised and finished on our ranch.
- Beef is dry aged to the optimum moisture content and USDA inspected for quality assurance at a local small, family owned processor.
- A mixture of grass and grain finishing provides the best flavor and marbling in our beef.
When do we ship?
We currently ship on Tuesdays. All orders must be in by 8 am cst on the Monday morning before shipping on Tuesday. This allows our product to get to your door in the optimal 1-3 shipping window.
How do we ship?
We ship in our custom insulated box packaged with dry ice to keep your beef and pork frozen.
Arrival?
Your meat should arrive to you still frozen. If dry ice remains in the box it should not be touched and disposed of properly, instructions for this are on the inside of your box. Please follow for your safety. Upon arrival place beef or pork in freezer promptly or in fridge to thaw for immediate cooking.
Return?
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. However if you have concerns about the condition of your package contents please send us an email immediately. Shipping insurance is an option at check out for refunds on package delays due to delivery companies.
