As you can see, our family heritage is important to us. How do we preserve that heritage, share it, teach it and promote it to others and most importantly the next generation. I will tell you. By doing just that, sharing, teaching and promoting.  My cousin, Booger Brown, was blessed to be a part of the Cowboy Way Alabama which allowed him to share a lot of our family history and our way of life with the public. Through this opportunity he started the Booger Brown Annual Cattle Drive and Rodeo which we excitedly host on our ranch each year. This year, 2025, will be our 8th Drive and Rodeo.  We have participants come in from all over to camp out in the cow pasture, drive cattle through woods and parade through downtown, learn horsemanship and cattle handling skills and just embrace the ranch way of life. We have created a cattle drive community of family and friends from as far away as Canada and Alaska to right here in our own backyard. We work, trade and eat together just as our ancestors taught us. If you are interested in joining us on the drive or just coming to enjoy the rodeo follow the link below for more information.
