Our Guarantee
- All of our beef, pork and lamb are born, raised and finished on our ranch.
- We grain and grass finish beef for a minimum of 180 days, this delivers our prime grade marbling.
- Beef is aged a minimum of 21 days to intensify the beef flavor
- Each package is one carcass sourced.
- Pork is pastured and grain supplemented to slow the growth and bring you the best tasting cut.
