All of our beef, pork and lamb are born, raised and finished on our ranch.
We grain and grass finish beef for a minimum of 180 days, this delivers our prime grade marbling.
Beef is aged a minimum of 21 days to intensify the beef flavor
Each package is one carcass sourced.
Pork is pastured and grain supplemented to slow the growth and bring you the best tasting cut.
