Shipping policy

Orders are set to ship on Tuesdays. We will receive orders until 7:00 am cst the Monday before shipping on Tuesday. If orders are received after 7:00 am cst they will ship the next Tuesday or next designated shipping day. We are first and foremost a ranch, dealing daily with live product, please know that emergencies arise and the well being of our livestock is of our primary importance. Also, we are a family run small business, being so, our family and holiday schedules will sometimes delay shipping. We do not foresee shipping scheduling delays often but are fully aware they will happen. If there are any foreseeable delays it will be noted on our website and/or email. Thank you for understanding.

Currently we only offer one size of meat shipping box, our medium meat box. This box will be used in orders from 2 - 25 lbs, anything over 25 lbs will need to be shipped separately and result in an additional shipping charge that may not show at the time of checkout. Please be aware of this as an additional shipping charge will be added to your order.  A follow up email will be sent verifying your order in this case.
