Our Guarantee

  • All of our beef, pork and lamb are born, raised and finished on our ranch.
  • We grain and grass finish beef for a minimum of 180 days, this delivers our prime grade marbling.
  • Beef is aged a minimum of 21 days to intensify the beef flavor
  • Each package is one carcass sourced.
  • Pork is pastured and grain supplemented to slow the growth and bring you the best tasting cut.
