Our Guarantee

  • All of our beef and pork is born, raised and finished on our ranch.
  • We grain and grass finish for a minimum of 180 days, this delivers our prime grade marbling.
  • Beef is dry aged a minimum of 14 days and cut at optimum moisture content
  • Each package is one carcass sourced.
